Refund Policy

At Blockabye (operated by Jazlab LLC), we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and credit purchases.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
- Unused credits from your subscription remain available after cancellation and do not expire
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
Credit Purchases
- Story credits and character credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits never expire and remain in your account until used
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a credit, please contact us within 7 days
Technical Issues & Failed Generations
We understand that AI generation can sometimes produce unexpected results. Here is our policy:
- Failed generations: If a story or character fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, the credit will be automatically restored to your account
- Quality concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a generated story or character, please contact us within 48 hours. We review these requests individually and may offer a credit restoration at our discretion
- Content issues: If generated content is inappropriate or does not match your prompt, contact us immediately and we will investigate and restore your credit if warranted
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or credit restoration:
- Email us at support@blockabye.com
- Include your account email address
- Describe the issue you experienced
- If applicable, include the name of the story or character affected
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
Beta Period Note
During our beta period, purchases are disabled. Beta users receive complimentary credits for testing purposes. Once we launch publicly, this refund policy will apply to all purchases.
